Frederick James Kerr (1(contact info removed)), listed English/Welsh artist. Antique watercolor on board in frame. Original one-of-a-kind piece of artwork; not a reproduction or copy. Scene portrays an idyllic landscape depicting a rural valley with stream, grazing livestock and large trees with expansive skies in the background. Possibly inspired by Welsh landscapes. Signed and dated lower left. Appears in good condition. Back of framed watercolor has not been removed. Framed in antique classical gilt frame of solid wood with passe-partout and glass, with artist's name inscribed in pass-partout in center. Providence: last purchased at antique shop in Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom in 1985. Dimensions watercolor 27.25" (69cm) wide, 19.7" (50cm) high.
