We are unable to lift the couches, so you would need to bring 2 people to lift and load the couches yourself :) These sofas are high end Thomasville Brand with Brocade off white fabric. Good Condition, reversible cushions. These couches have barely been used, and take up too much space; we are looking to downsize. Smaller sofa- 2 cushions.
