Used PRECOR Commercial Grade Exercise Equipment (954i Treadmill, 546i Elliptical, 846i Recumbent Bike). Take ALL 3 For $500!!

Offering up some used commercial grade PRECOR exercise gym equipment (treadmill, recumbent bike and elliptical). Hello! I am the property agent for an apartment complex in downtown Portsmouth, VA (23704). These exercise machines are commercial grade and have been used by the tenants living in our residential complex. It is a small building with no more than 40 residents, and the equipment has seen moderate use. They were puchased pre-owned by the landlord about 10 years ago, and we are ready for an upgrade! Keep in mind! These machines are “functional”, however, each one has notable signs of usage, wear and tear, and some of the electronics/control panels and features are flawed/faulty. This would be a good opportunity for a used gym equipment “refurbisher” and reseller, a person wanting pieces for a beginner gym with commercial grade equipment, a parts supplier/reseller, or even a metal scrapper. Please feel free to come out and assess the operational integrity of each piece. I am not “gym savvy” so I cannot accurately detail all of the operational flaws. I will do my best to detail what I do know about each piece. PRECOR 954i Treadmill Model name PVS 12DT Rating: 12V 5 0A Serial # CJKGI1(contact info removed) Date of Manufacturing : Sept 17, 2007 PRECOR EFX 546i Elliptical Model name PVS 12DT Rating: 12V 5 0A Serial # CJKGI1(contact info removed) Date of Manufacturing : Sept 17, 2007 PRECOR 846i Recumbent Bike Model name PVS 12DT Rating: 12V 5 0A Serial # CJKGI1(contact info removed) Date of Manufacturing : Sept 17, 2007 The equipment was made in 2007, so it is about 18 years old. The control panel on each machine is faulty. The treadmill powers on and the belt runs, however it will not adjust speed or incline. And the belt has a tear in it that has been taped with industrial electrical tape to prevent further tear. The recumbent bike control panel no longer powers on. But when it did, it did not hold the inclination change or the speed, and after a couple of minutes the setting resets to the default. Seat adjusts and pedals operate as they should. The elliptical control panel powers on. But it also drops the setting if you slow down for just a second. Like I stated, this is functional beginner equipment if you don’t necessarily care about the bells and whistles of heart rate monitoring, timed workouts, etc., or are able to replace the panels. The **FINE PRINT** — this equipment is being offered for only $500 for ALL 3 pieces! Repair it, reuse it, resell it, break it up for parts, or scrap it for metal value! BUYER will have to pickup in person, disassemble (particularly treadmill and elliptical), lift, move and transport equipment off property. I CANNOT TRANSPORT TO YOU. So please come with a moving truck or trailer, and atleast 3 people total to help move equipment. **PLEASE BRING ALL NECESSARY TOOLS NEEDED FOR DISASSEMBLY**. Each piece is HEAVY, and it is in our gym room on the 4th floor of the complex. It will have to be taken down several flights of wide stairs (there is no elevator).
