Van was reclassed last year as a Motorhome which means cheaper insurance. Clean Title in hand. Two sets of spare keys and comes with the rear cargo hitch basket carrier. Also a large box of spare parts good for road trips. Mechanically the van is in great condition. Front sway bar bushings changed in 2021. Exterior some of the clear coat is peeling on the extended conversion roof cap (top of the van) Interior is secure with no leaks or mold issues. Professionally steam cleaned in 2022.
