First impressions, sales guy was welcoming to Lot 99 and encouraged us to ask if we needed the keys to check out any vehicle. We checked the first main lot, it comprised of subpar vehicles. Most of these vehicles face lots of wear and tear, such as faded headlights and disintegrating windshield gaskets. Cars looked fine on the photos online and pricing was OK, but I advise to check the cars out really well in person. Also, beware of the neighbor's dog.

Bought a GMC Sierra Denali and love it. Rob was great and the whole staff there is very courteous and helpful. They had to fix a couple things on it and Rob took care of it right away. The repair took longer than expected and I bugged the heck out of Rob because I was excited to get my new truck. He always answered my text messages and kept me updated, all the while I found out when I came to pick it up, he had to take over the manager position all the while making sales and getting the mess that was left him. I will definitely be letting everyone I know what a great dealership Lot 99 is.

My husband and I specifically went to this lot to look at a Jeep Cherokee he saw on their website. Unfortunately, the Jeep had already been sold. I’m not usually interested in foreign cars, but there was a BMW that caught my eye. I didn’t think too much of it at first. Logan came out and introduced himself. He had great energy, not the typical desperate car salesman vibe. He mentioned that he could get us a fully loaded car for the same price as the Jeep, which happened to be the same BMW that caught my eye. My husband wasn’t too interested in driving it, but we decided to take it for a test drive, and it drove great! We decided to run the number's. After being there for a while, we ended up getting the car, and they gave us a great deal on my husband’s trade-in. During our time there, Logan seemed more like a friend than a salesman. He shared about his family and recommended some great restaurants to eat at. I would definitely go back to buy another car. My daughter’s going to be looking for a car soon, and we will definitely check out the lot again. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

I came in with shitty credit, and no hope of walking out with anything decent. I ended up walking out with a car under 50k miles, no accidents, and a clean engine. Paying roughly 300/month when other dealers like Alpine (flat out refused me) or Gage (tried to sell me a jeep with a broken ECU for 450/mo). This is a used car lot, so keep that in mind, not every car they have will be in near mint condition like mine is, but if you tell the salesman what you want, or what you need out of a car he will help you find it. I called inquiring about a pre purchase inspection for a 97 Camaro RS listed for 5,599. Set up an appointment with Nicks Auto Shop directly up the street for inspection and confirmed with AJ of Lot99 date time and location after being told” this isn’t something that’s usually done.” 🚩

The day comes and I never receive my invoice to pay for my inspection, I call Nicks Auto and they inform me the car was never brought in. I text AJ from Lot99 almost 2 hours after the appointment and he says he just dropped it off 10 minutes ago. I call Nicks Auto back to pay for my inspection invoice, they inform me the car still hasn’t arrived. 🚩

The moment I get off the call with Nicks Auto, I receive another from Lot99, AJ informs me the car has received a deposit and will be sold elsewhere. At this point you could imagine I’m really disappointed and express that politely over the phone the lack of professionalism and my frustration. I ask why I was never given the option of a deposit? I’m told by AJ “the deposits are non-refundable and since you asked for an inspection, it wasn’t offered because *if* it came back as failed, you would get online and write a poor review saying you got robbed” 🚩

Yeah, “if”.

This is an almost 30 year old car. I know it’s going to have odds and ends, but I would be foolish to not have it inspected for major issues, especially electrical. And with this business having the reviews it does? Of course something is going to fail. I would rather hear what that may be from a 3rd party however.

Out of my own curiosity however, I called back Nicks Auto again. I decided to confirm, yeah the car was never brought for inspection. And take it a step further while encouraging you to do the same.

“Hey so I’m really disappointed I didn’t get this vehicle and I’m looking for a little peace of mind because I’m out of state and obviously your local, but what’s your opinion on the business they conduct? This whole thing has been rather shady from the beginning”

“All I’m going to say is, that’s a place I would never ever go to get a car, you dodged a bullet. Keep looking you’ll get your car”
