Horrible experience.  Found their ad on FB Marketplace and went in to see a truck.  Made an appointment, but when we got there, we had to wait 20 minutes while they went to their other lot to get the truck.  So why make the appointment.  It was a cash truck, but we had to finance half of it.  Eric told us that the financing made the sale price more than the listed price and there was nothing he could do about it.  Second red flag.  But we got the truck.  Within two weeks, we had to replace the radiator.  Two weeks after that, massive problems with the truck.  Took it to our local mechanics and they printed out 10 pages of serious issues with the truck.  They recommended that we return it and get our money back.   The projected repairs for the truck were + $10,000.  We only paid $5K for the truck.  To make matters REALLY bad, when we called J.E.D. to have them make the situation right, they blocked our calls.  I tried calling them from my phone, my wife's phone, my work phone, etc.  Nothing.  I emailed them with our concerns and complaints.  Nothing.  Avoid these scam artists.  They are not honest.  I expect a dealership/mechanic shop like them to have the honesty and integrity to 1- find and report the mechanical and electrical issues with the truck, and 2- take care of the customer.  All they want is your money.  So now I have a truck that won't start or run, but still making payments on it.  Not sure why they are still in business.

I don't know about the auto sales side, but we had backed into a pole and damaged the back liftgate. Jesus helped us repair the lift gate and it looked brand new after he was done.  Avoided declaring it on our insurance and his price was very reasonable.  Great Job and will use him again!

Such kind men, able to work with you if you have not the best credit and low down payment!! Me and my mom totaled our cars in the same week and were in desperate need of a vehicle and he was a god send!! Good quality cars and they won’t screw you over at all!!! Definitely going to come back and refer all my friends and family!!!

My daughter, who lives in Dallas, and I visited this dealership for a vehicle. We worked with Eric and although we didn't buy a vehicle, I was impressed with the attention and call backs Eric made to answer questions and concerns. A quality lacking in many used car dealerships. Would I ever go back to JED if I move down to Texas for a vehicle? Definitely, and I recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to pass by and ask for Eric. Went to go look at a car from their website and the car was not the same car from the pictures. I talked to the owner JJ and he was very misleading about the condition of the vehicle. Said it was very reliable but once he turned it on it was misfiring and said it just needed to warm up. I left at that point. Buyer beware this dealership is not where you want to buy a car.
