Description

This is a genuine vintage Louis Vuitton cartouchiere from the '70s or very early '80s. it does not come with a date code because this was pre-made pre-1982. you can verify it with the hardware that was typically gold-plated instead of brass. the handle has been restored with genuine leather. All the hardware has been stripped and cleaned and has been given a protective protected coating of color and sealer to ensure it's durability. All of the logo casing has been cleaned and given a leather protectant. There were some minor cracks on the folds which have been sealed with the proper construction, adhesive and color match. The handle can be easily switched out for longer strap.
