I got my first car from here , clueless on what car I should’ve gotten . I proceeded to trust this Dealership . A week after having my car the check engine light turned on and my car kept dying out on me I had to get a start up from multiple people . I took it there they changed the battery and then said if it pops back up to go get it checked (after my delayed warranty was over) . A month after that my engine was overheating because my serpentine belt was broken and I had a coolant leak . Still check engine light is still on . They registered my car for me, told me to get fake inspection stickers,  and now that I’ve moved I can’t register my car in a new state because I cannot afford the price it would take to fix what’s wrong with my car .  I am paying 9k on a car that I have to put in so much work on . I have had my car for several months now paying almost 300 dollars a month and trying to get everything fixed and it’s just problem after problem . I would give my car back if I was promised all of the money I’ve already put into it to buy a new one .

James and his team were so helpful and reassuring throughout the purchasing process. They gave us the space to browse the lot, they were so knowledgeable and supportive when we finally made our decision. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! $995 dealer prep fee?!!! Are you kidding? You are charging me for something you already had to do to get the car ready to be sold?!! Ridiculous! Dont do business with these guys, they dont negotiate the price either
