Description

This is a beautiful, very large Chinese yellow glazed jar/vessel. It’s in great overall condition, considering its age. I believe it to be from the Ming dynasty. It is possibly a little bit newer than that, but it definitely has age to it. The glaze has one thin crack, running through it, but it does not run into the porcelain itself. It is one thin crack that runs throughout the entire piece on the surface level of the glaze. Take a look at all the photos to see general condition and dimensions. Quite a peculiar piece. Has writing on the under glaze stating that it is from the Ming Dynasty.
