Here we have a very high quality pair of leather chairs. These were originally more than $2500 per chair and manufactured in North Carolina by a very high-end manufacturer. There are some issues with the center swivel and they likely will need to be replaced if you want perfect chairs. Otherwise they are bent in one direction but as long as you place in the correct position facing forward the chairs do sit flat. Once you sit in the chairs and swivel to either side you will see they lean a bit. This is only a factor if you intend on swiveling them. They should be fine up against a wall in a fixed position with the center properly positioned so they are not leaning. The chairs are not unsafe in anyway. They will still support an individual sitting in the chair. If you care to replace the center part, you can buy replacements on eBay for around $100-150 each.
