New never used, only installed but ended up ordering full do-luck body kit from Japan as my side skirts & rear bumper didn't work out. This is a Carbon Creations c-west front bumper that is in epoxy primer (was going to be painted). This isn't rattle-can primer, its done right. The front bumper is full Carbon as you can see from the older pics, but is currently in epoxy primer, ready for paint. These are not made anymore, this one is perfect, new, ready for paint & installation.
