We hit a few bumps with the contract details, but Alberto worked with me all day until everything matched exactly. He communicated clearly, corrected errors, and is very patient and understanding… also made sure I left fully set up (including insurance). I’m satisfied and would recommend asking for Alberto. Management note: the store could use more staff—with only two salespeople juggling multiple deals, quicker contract copies and extra hands would reduce customer stress.

I only left four stars because I feel like there could be more staff maybe but other than that. All the vehicles they have are all amazing and they are all nice people as well to work with.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Alberto Garcia. He made the buying process smooth and easy. Very transparent, no hidden fees, and did his best to accommodate us. Came to Auto Race 5 minutes after closing due to coming from a far location and they waited for me and gave me excellent customer service. Everything was done in a professional fashion with positive energy. Alberto was very helpful in finding me the best deal and rates. Alberto and Simon are great. Everyone expects going to the dealership to be a dauning experience but these guys are honestly as good as it gets. Simon worked really hard to meet my rate target and Alberto always made me feel like we were doing business in the most transparent way possible. I would definitely recommend doing business with them hands down!
