Laila and Walid treated me like family.  They truly care about the community that they serve. Laila took her time and went over everything with me in careful detail making sure that I understood all of the disclosures and how the warranties worked.  This was the easiest car purchase ever.  No pressure, no upselling.  Just good old fashioned customer service with a smile.  I love my car and i know that I got a really good deal thanks to Laila and Walid.

When I came to buy the car they let me go to test drive the car and I had it checked by an independent mechanic. The car was in top shape. All the people working there are very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to buy a car, I can highly recommend it.

Haven’t even had the car for a year and multiple problems that have costed me a couple thousand bucks already. I hadn’t even had the car for more than 1 month and it started failing DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. not reliable and when I confronted sales lady about it she was not helpful and did not care to help.

My experience with this dealership was great. I live in Temecula so I sent my daughter that lives in SD to take a look at a 2015 Ford Escape for me before I drove down there. She said it was an immaculately clean car and looked brand new. I had been talking with Laila there and she was just really pleasant to work with. I scheduled an appt for my husband and I to look at it and test drive it. I told her we wanted to go get a diagnostic test on it and she didn't blink an eye. She said of course, no problem. The diagnostic test came out perfect. I did notice a problem with the passenger side mirror as it wouldn't move properly. They bought a brand new one and had it installed the very next day. We loved the car so decided to buy it. Laila gave me a very fair or should I say good price. I came back the night next day with a cashier check, looked at the car and the window again and did about 15 minutes of paperwork and I was on my way. I've had the car for 2 weeks now and it runs great. Btw, they give you a 90 day warranty. This place honestly is legit. Sometimes I get a little nervous going to some of the smaller family run car lots but I'm here to tell you, not to worry here. Laila is a gem and this place is honest and will give you a more than fair deal!

Had the most wonderful experience with Star Auto SD. They were so helpful and fast on getting me the help I needed to finance my car, Leila helped me out with everything and Robert was very nice and informative when I took the car for a test drive. Thank you so much for everything 🙏🏻
