hi, this table is an antique to the best of my knowledge. It needs very little tlc, like a little wood glue on one leg( the dowels) BUT otherwise it is completely functional and sturdy as is. it's solid wood very heavy. as the pictures show it's small enough for a small space and extends for more , 36 "by 60" and 36" by 29.5" dining height I've found similar tables for 1000. plus, I am asking $300. BUT it is negotiable. SE HABLA ESPAÑOL thank you.
