I went here because they had an item outside so I was asking questions but the lady said no she dont know and also the young man that was out there too was quick to answer he dont know but started just to ignore everything I would ask and went inside they were very rude and just wanted to get me out of there it seemed

Very disappointing experience.

I purchased a washer, dryer, refrigerator, gas stove, and microwave from A Plus Appliance #2 in early September.

The first scheduled delivery did not show up. The second scheduled delivery also did not show up. On the third attempt, the wrong appliances were delivered. On the fourth attempt, the correct appliances finally arrived, but the microwave was still missing.

On top of that, when the gas stove was delivered, not all of the burners were working, so we had to schedule another service visit to have someone come out and fix it.

At that point, I requested a refund for the microwave. It has now been weeks, and I still have not received my refund. I have repeatedly tried to contact the business and have had a very difficult time getting anyone to respond or give me a clear answer about when my money will be returned.

Between the missed deliveries, receiving the wrong appliances, receiving a stove that needed repair, and still having to chase down a refund for an item that was never delivered, this has been an extremely frustrating experience.

I am still waiting for my refund and will update this review if the business resolves the issue.

I had a great experience at Aplus Appliance & Furniture. Liz helped me and provided excellent customer service. She was very friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely come back to Aplus Appliance & Furniture again. Highly recommend!

Roger helped us tremendously. Great Customer Service.
