It sells with EVERYTHING in it. You can camp in it or live in it. Just need your groceries. Never had Pets, Smoking or lived in. Tabs are good, propane tanks close to full, electric tow hitch, stabilizer bars too. Included in this sale is: There is a full size shower in the bathroom. Full size refrigerator in kitchen, walk around bed, electric hitch on front, even a laundry shoot that goes into a laundry basket in one of the cubby storage spots. Dishes, coffee pot, silverware, movies, sheets, and blankets, pillows, towels, cleaning supplies, a tool kit, satellite dish worth $500, flat screen TV, CD player, stereo, lots of CD movies, so much more. “sold as is” Current tabs good till September 2025 Polar Package is great for cold weather. No leaks, has air condition. Works on electricity or propane. Sleeps 6, Sofa makes into a double bed & the dinette also changes to a sleeping area. It’s insulated better then “just a trailer” There is more pictures, just ask me, all sold as is. Outside storage is full of things. I’m not sure what’s in there, too much for me to go through. There is macerating device on it that changes human waste to liquid. It makes it easier to dispose off. We maintain the trailer annually. Because I seldom went on the crabbing trips.
