Park Model at Goosecreek Resort

Park Model home for sale in a wonderful RV park in Newport called. Goosecreek Resort. It's spectacular. My husband is a maintenance freak, so it is immaculate and always very well cared for. It has two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, a full bath with tub. The kitchen has been completely redone with all new cabinets and countertops and beautiful glass backsplash, and new appliances. It has beautiful hardwood laminate floors throughout. We will be leaving our teak patio furniture in the screened deck, a 4 top table on the deck and about 6 Adirondack chairs out back. You'll have all the linens you see in the photos and lots of pretty and new accessories I just added last year. The kitchen has seating for 8! New hot water heater and new HVAC last year. That was 4700 alone. Over the years we have invested quite a bit in upgrades and maintenance to keep this unit looking good as new and always up to date. Too much to list! Lot rent paid until April. This park model home is lot N30, which is 10 sites from the waterfront on the fence line (so nice private back yard). It is the first one in the lower rent section, but just as great for views and privacy! The rent is 4200 a year, paid in three installments April, June and August. We have paid through April 2017. It is a completely updated 1991 Skyline. The kitchen was gutted two years ago and all new cabinets, countertops and appliances were installed. It has kitchen seating for 8! The HVAC was new last summer, hardwood laminates throughout the summer before that. The bathroom has had paint and toilet updates. We recently redecorated so most of the paint is new, new window treatments and sleeper sofa replaced last winter. The addition has two twins with all new bedding. The bedding and mattresses are only a year old. There's tons of storage space under them, I use laundry baskets to organize linens etc. The roof and vinyl siding was replaced in 2007. We have an AWESOME camo, lifted golf cart with custom camo wrap and an extended roof and backseat, included in the price. The teak furniture on the screened in deck is staying too! Our 15x15 wired barn is grandfathered for its size, you can't have them anymore. New hot water heater in 2012, it's a 25 gallon. 100 gallon propane cylinder outside conveys as well. It was a model house for the park at one time, so it has been professionally landscaped. It's really a lovely, "buy groceries and move in" park model. We have a large smart tv in the living room, a 26 inch in the master bedroom and a 22 with DVD built in is in bedroom #2. The bedroom furniture is from a higher end furniture store in Morehead city and is really pretty and nic quality. Over 400 sq feet of ground deck out back!
