1996 Jayco Pop up Camper

1996 Jayco Jay 1207 series popup camper. Sleeps 8 but I’ve had 10 a few times with kids included. Cleaned up and ready to camp for July 4th. I’ve had it 5 years and cranks up smooth. Canvas has a few stains but no rips but not bad. Roof was repaired years ago by someone else with some white vinyl tape down the middle of the roof but it’s never leaked since I’ve had it. Has dual eating areas and also a wrap around couch with a table. 3 burner stove can be used on the outside it has a quick disconnect very handy so as not to smell up the camper with bacon. Has roll down awning I never used it. AC works great very cold and heat works also. 3 way fridge works on electric never tried gas or battery never tried water heater either. Has small porta potty under couch seat. Has all the original paperwork and how to operate all the parts. Currently popped up and ready for viewing clear title in hand.
