SpiderMan Raimi Suit Handmade Costume Cosplay Comic Con Ready Win Prizes With This Replica

This is a custom made Spider-Man suit replica based off of the Raimi design from the original Spider-Man movie. The fabric is 4-way stretch lycra that is dye sublimated for both the red and blue fabrics so colors won’t wash out with any degree of stretch. The pattern was sewn together by an overlocker sewing machine to allow maximum stretch in all directions with great resilience on all seams. The body suit is cut just below the bottom of the chin and the mask is cut near the lowest part of the neck so there is significant overlap and no skin shows even with movement. The webbing used for the suit is 3D cast urethane that is applied to the suit separately with lock tight super glue. Most of the webbing is glued down on the cross sections so that the webs can stretch dependent on the wearer. The lenses used on the detachable mask are replicas from the Amazing Spider-Man movies with fog proof lenses that give perfect visibility in dark or light conditions with no ability so see the wearer’s eyes from the outside. A single zipper travels from beneath the left armpit, down the side and beneath the belt, and up to the right armpit. The feet of the suit are lined with soles from size 11.5 Reebok gym shoes making them comfortable and protective for walking on any surface. There is some mild wear and tear on the suit from it's use. There is some mild breaks found in the webbing that could be reconnected with additional lock tight if desired. Most of these breaks can be found on the feet and forearms of the suit. Extra urethane will be included with the suit along with paint markers to make any touch ups wanted or needed. There is a small pop in the seam under the right arm pit but with the suit zipped, it is barely noticeable. This suit was designed to fit my measurements very closely so I can’t promise a perfect fit even though the lycra and urethane stretch. I’m 5’9” 170lbs with athletic build and the shoe size is 11.5.
