my worst experience with this dealer ship, sold me a car that had not just one problem but multiple salesman was Pilar I contacted them and said they can’t do nothing about it. They don’t even maintain their cars all dirty and don’t even turn them on.

I have awfully bad credit and a repo! I was able to get into a vehicle that I liked. Jaye and Julian were cool and willing to work with me! So far, so good!

Let me start here… We walked into this place ignoring all the other reviews but it’s 100% true. Jaye is completely childish, do not try to work with him. I didn’t want to run credit before we even seen a car… that offended him, from that point on it was just small petty comments until i tried to understand how much are we financing, then it was just petty remarks one after another, so we did what any person would do, We left. He proceeded to text my partner, weird… i know. We were chased down by another salesman.. i guess they own both dealerships, where I guess he apologized, but it was mainly to tell me I’m still wrong 😐😐. All i wanted to know is what we are being financed for and nobody wanted to explain. So we decided to go back with him, why not happy wife happy life, I’ll put my pride aside to get the car my lady wanted. Unfortunately we couldn’t get her the car, but we found another acceptable car. Fast forward 1 day car is over heating and I have a major oil leak. We put 5k down and now looking at a few thousand repair bill. If you stumble upon this review, stay far away from this place. How are they allowed to sell lemons and get away with it for so long…

Do not use their mechanic Bakersfield Motor Works, they will twist the story to fit Auto Empire, both owners are very good friends and “hangouts before you get your invoice.

We did test drive it was fine …drove the car to madera and back and it was a nightmare.

Jay & Julian were awesome :D people, were patient with me in doing all the paper work. & Showed me other buying options that were in my budget recommend if you see somthng you like..
