SEIKO SKX013 62MAS Homage by Artifice Horoworks

Looking to sell the stunning piece from Artifice Horoworks. The reissue from Seiko now goes for over $3,000 used!  Following are the mods done:  -Slightly Domed Sapphire Cyrstal   -Replaced movement with 6R15 Hand-winding and Hacking Movement   -62mas style dial and hands   -Relumed by Artifice with Super Luminova   -I replaced the strap with a more comfortable tire tread pattern soft rubber strap.   -Pressure tested and regulated after the mod by Artiface never opened since   -Watch is running 5 sec fast a day   I rarely wore this piece because I bought another diver. No dents, dings or real scratches, any hairline marks are not easily visible to the naked eyes. Anything you find I am certain could be very easily buffed out if it bothered you. I put almost $770 into getting this done professional with high end parts. This is the watch Seiko should have started making year ago imho.  I have this on eBay for 600 but am willing to let go for 550 in person. Thank you for looking.
