Super comfortable, brown microfiber recliner. In perfect structural shape, durable, and reclines well. Has some expected and subtle cosmetic wear and tear. Some slight discoloration and wear on armrests and a small fading or bleach like discoloration on the seat. We are bummed to be getting rid of it but it's a bit too big for the room with our new couch. Will take best offer Dimensions: 40"Wx36"Dx36.5"H
