1985 BMW K100

85 K100 Purchased off original owner with 7k original miles. He took it to get injectors, fuel pump, and some fuel hoses replaced since it had been sitting since 87. I purchased it and installed a new water pump, new radiator and better rad hoses. Fresh fluids all around including final drive lubricant and brakes. Stock Rear master cylinder rebuilt and new pads up front with rebuilt calipers on the brembos Front end is off a Ducati multi strata with new oil and seals on the forks. Used incognito moto triple tree with new conversion bearings. New tires installed front and rear Converted to hydraulic clutch instead of cable. New rear shock Custom seat, I’m taller so made it with some extra cushioning to add height. This is a running project that still needs some love, I just have too many projects and not enough time or money for all of them. This one is rideable as is but the clutch does slip not sure if it was due to sitting or the clutch is really bad haven’t taken it apart. If you know these bikes this is like a car clutch and flywheel setup not your traditional moto clutch. The Speedo/dash also needs to be set up correctly. Hit me up if you have questions let me know.
