Needs work like all older RV trailers but not much selling as Is, I’ve put money into this everything works my loss your gain! Cons it needs a new a/c unit I removed due to being out of date and damaged I patched the hole up, I do have a floor unit I can throw in for extra practicality brand new. I revamped the roof no leakes. I was in the process of remodeling the ceiling as it’s out of date and need replacement. If I replace I will add on more funds im an honest guy! Everything is set up to be ran with a solar panel if you want to go that route my asking price is $4000 obo no low ballers title is good, I’ve just been revamping it I’m not desperately trying to sell it I just currently have a few to many and not enough time to work on hopefully I can find a good home for it, also has shower and toiler, fridge/freezer three burner propane stove, microwave please feel free to reach out if any questions but limit your questions thanks!
