High-End SOFA, Real Leather CHAIR, OTTOMAN

All in decent condition. Moved from house to small apartment. SOFA purchased from Ellison's in FW in the 90's. Beautiful jewel-toned burgundy, blue, green, gold striped with wood, button feet. Kiwi in FW quoted $150-$200 to clean or DIY. There is a small tear on seam behind cushion that does not show that should be sewn. Happened when moving. Cushions reversible and askew after church members moved for me. One of the back wood buttons in half, again does not show. Should be replaceable. Excellent frame construction one cannot purchase easily today. Leather more valuable with age. As I recall, CHAIR purchased together with OTTOMAN from Haverty's in 80's? Wine-colored, brownish with brass studding. Should be a label to verify. Needs cleaning, conditioning with leather cleaner. Paid $1000's for each. Best to email (contact info removed) with offer.
