Franklin Mint Retired Set ~●~ no longer in production . The King Tutankhamun Egyptian Chess set. Heavy 24 carat gold-plated. Truly in pristine condition, apart from the fact that the board is missing 3 out of four gaurds that are posted at each corner. The 32 chess pieces are inspired by the images from the Tutankhamun era. The metal chess pieces are beautifully detailed and heavy gold-plated with 24 carat gold. The pedestals are hand-painted enamel in the colours black and ivory.
