Realistic Optimus STS-100 Stereo Speakers FLAWLESS!

Well, actually these have been used, less than a year. These are pre-1999 Tandy Corporation Optimus STS-100 bookshelf stereo speakers. 8" woofers, 4" mids, 7/8" polypropylene tweeters. Rated at 100wpc, 45-20k hz. These were sold at Radio Shack stores everywhere, and were Realistic's 'Lexus' speaker. These were found in a climate-controlled storage unit, in the original boxes, still in their bags and taped closed. You will NOT find a nicer pair of these out there anywhere, guaranteed. Not a mark on either one, absolutely as new, and never driven too hard. Grilles likewise are perfect. I've driven these with a few different receivers, and they actually sounded pretty darn good with all of them. Really good, tight bass, lovely top end, mids are good but kinda soft, which goes along with the myriad reviews I've read on these. Most folks simply compensate with the eq on their source. I've loved 'em lots, and I think you will too. ❤️ PS. These are not tiny little things. They measure about a foot square from the top, and are nearly 17" tall. The stands are not included. They weigh in at a hefty 16lbs each. Just so you know! 👍
