It has a newly installed toilet (about $125), a new skylight (about $100), a new air conditioner(about $900) , a new extra wide stainless sink by kraus (about $450.00) ,new 3/4" plywood throughout the entire trailer floor, coated on the underside and over side for waterproofing (about $550 in just material). Steel Framing re-enforced bellow with steel blocks, back toy hauler ramp coated with ADA compliant waterproof gray walkable patio deck material. The roof was coated with the same waterproof walkable patio deck material. It has a dc and AC powered fridge. This Trailer is a BEAST tailored to go off grid if needed and to be very comfortable. The flooring was done with an artificial grass that is meant for a putting green. ( About $450 in material) This is a great light trailer that comfortably fits a family of 5.
