2004 Dutchman 27 fk travel trailer- 30 amp Semi renovated trailer. Needs some tlc We bought this trailer as a renovation project and just don’t have the time to finish her. I’m going to list the good stuff first Brand new battery. Purchased June 2025 Newer tires (Les Schwab) Fridge works great Water heater and pump work great Has 3 holding tanks. 2 grey one black. Replaced sofa with nice queen tri fold futon Queen bed in master with huge closet and under bed storage. This trailer has storage everywhere. Floors in good shape. Newer flooring installed. Some repairs made to sub floor. I have extra flooring. Roof deck is solid. We have made some repairs to it. New Manuel jacks New awning fabric installed last year New blinds and curtains Ac works great. Nice new toilet Updated sound system Comes with two large 7.5 gal propane tanks Comes with small solar battery charger. Weight distribution heavy duty hitch and sway bars included Comes with some misc trim, wallpaper and extra items we never put in The needs work portion of the trailer…. Shower grey tank has slow leak. This never bothered us because it’s just the shower tank. Inverter not working. Needs new one. Large slide rubs and catches on ceiling when sliding in and out. Roof of large slide needs membrane work and new seal on big slide. Large slide also is leaking due to this issue. Slide needs adjustment. Small slide hydraulics were removed several years ago by previous owner. We just push it in and out manually. Lock with slide lock when traveling. Master closet has only one door. I have the other if you want it. It fell off during travel recently. Black tank isn’t registering fullness, likely loose wire somewhere. No keys to door. Lost Lots of kitchen cabinets need new locks and are needing repair in someway. We had a leak in kitchen that caused some to warp. That leak is fixed now. I have a bag of latches ready for new owner Could use a new roof membrane soon or maybe a coating. She’s 21 years old so she needs some love and tlc These issues won’t keep you from camping tomorrow. Just needs some work to make perfect. Currently waiting on title from dmv.will have soon. Ready to make a deal. Cash only
