I brought my Rouge in for routine maintenance.  Was greeted by Colton and brought right in as always. Service was completed very quickly. A problem was found and quickly brought to my attention. Colton worked with my extended warranty and even got me a loaner to use as I had an appointment elsewhere that morning. All repairs were completed by end of day and I was very happy to get my SUV back so soon. Absolutely amazing place for some last minute service. We woke up and ran into an issue with a simple 12 volt battery in our Nissan Leaf. When we called all of the local mechanics and auto shops they all said that they would not replace a battery in an electric vehicle. MARK JENKINS was the exact opposite and said it would be no big deal and did it right then and there. We were so happy and satisfied with our service that this place has become our new go to location for any future issues with this car. Thank you again so much! You saved our week!

Service advisor Colton Battaglini was outstanding. The repair took longer than expected and Colton set me up with a temporary loaner. He explained everything going on with my repair. Every employee I have come into contact with at the service department has been friendly and courteous. Thank you.
