Ryan was fantastic!!!!  I bought 2014 Ford Escape.  I test drove it and the vehicle was excellent.  There were 2 minor issues upon further inspection.   The brake/accelerator pads were missing and the back door would not open from the outside.  he agreed to have these 2 things fixed, and put it in writing.  He called me the next day that items were repaired and it was.  He had the car listed for over $2,000 below market rate and the fees were normal and very straight forward. The cars he had were all fairly well taken care of, mostly clean (it was raining so a little muddy but not his fault at all), and he had detailed reports on every car directly on his website for free.
