If i could give 0 stars I would. Julio is a liar and a snake and will say anything to get you to buy. I was told if I bought this car on a Sunday, while there mechanic was not in office, they'd have the breaks and rotors fixed (noted a significant wobble during the test drive, the 1 back rotor looks like a record with deep grooves). Im told come back in a week, we will fix the brakes and rotors, detail the car and schedule an appointment to fix the cracked windshield. No problem. I go back in a week, im there for 4 hours for some brakes and rotor changes? Then I leave, car is still wobbling. Call again and get ohhhhh didnt know about the rotor, yes you did we told you multiple times. Go back again, drop my car off this time its there for 5 hours for 1 rotor change. Get the car back. STILL THE ROTOR HASNT BEEN CHANGED. Call again and am told "we only chamge 3 for free you'll have to pay for the next one" excuse me? So you changed the 3 that were good and disregarded the busted one. Okay moving on, the car was never detailed. I let that go because I honestly just wanted the rotor and windshield done so I could stop dealing with these people. A month goes by. Have tried to schedule to windshield replacement several times but am given the run around. "Oh he only comes on Wednesdays" "oh you caught me driving let me call back" this is all JULIO. Now im getting frustrated and we begin to deal with NELSON. Nelson is not helpful either. Its all let me talk to Julio and call you back. The insisted on sending the registration in themselves. They gave me a temp tag. When my temp tag expired I inquired AGAIN where is my registration and tag? Oh we arent sure. Oh they're emailing it right now. Oh this Oh that. It wasn't until I said they would be paying my ticket if I received one bc this is something I could have had done myself. It had been over a month at that point! The only reason this place has 5 stars is because the sellers personally pull up the review for you to leave in front of them, and they preclick the 5 star. They make sure to do it while youre still happy about the purchase and false promises they put on it. Additionally, the first time i went to have my brakes changed Julio was calling me pet names, baby girl being the most uncomfortable. So thank you Julio and Nelson, for making this experience such a negative one. I warn people, there's so many used car dealers in the area.  Go to one who is going to atleast be semi honest with you.

-Just got back from my mechanic AND THEY NEVER EVEN CHANGED ANYTHING. This place and the people who run it are liars, cheating snakes. They let me sit in the heat for 4 hours FOR NOTHING.

EDIT DECEMBER 2025:
I was just informed my license has been suspended since JULY. Why? Because they did not send in my tag and registration on time (you can see above in my original review the headache it was getting it back).
