Description
I have lived in my beloved "Dorothy" for 4 yrs full time. Due to family tragedy am having to sell her. She is classically painted in 1950's aqua blue and white, 15 feet (4 windows length) , small window awning on the drivers side, white birch storage storage TONS of storage space, and large kitchen for its size. Green onyx tiles for kitchen counterspace and large yet narrow Ikea sink and faucet. Magic Chef 4 burner stove, electric toaster oven. 40 gal water tank. no black water tank (I use a composting toilet/ not included), THIS MEANS NO TOILET. small grey water tank can last 7 days if you conserve water. Water has 12v pump to feed it to sink. No shower. See pics which clearly show this. Sink right above grey water so plumbing simple and easy to fix, if you have to. 80lb propane underbelly. Dometic fridge which changes automatically to gas/electric depending upon if plugged into shore or drydocking. All this makes it SUPER easy to boondock for a week or so (or longer if you trickle charge the inside battery) or plug in just about anywhere since you don't need full hookups. All extras will come with bus. (skirting, plug adaptors, extra propane external tank, etc) Mechanical: 4/11 differential ratio Fuel injection Transmission 450 brand new 8/20 and upgraded for additional powertransmission. She likes to cruise on the straight away around 70mph-- that's where she hums and doesn't sound laborious whole electrical system fixed 2016 by licensed electrician Rear leaf springs recurved in 2017 Whole front suspension new 8/20 New starter 9/20 brand new deep cycle battery (for inside electricity) and motor battery 2 yrs old so all the big ticket items upgraded/new so motor and suspension should be able to go another 20 years! I have been diligent about checking fluid levels and maintenance of them. Tires in really good shape still and 2 new rear tires 1.5 yrs ago. Rear is a dually. Two quirks: bus experiences vapor lock with the combo of high altitudes and in the heat. It IS a 1988 motor when motors were built for higher octane gas. Just about every skoolie owner i have talked to has this problem so it's not unique to my bus. SIMPLY BUY LEAD TO ADD TO TANK OF GAS WHEN IN MTS. SIMPLE.
