This set is ready for your next workout session. It includes a solid steel standard barbell and 220 pounds in steel weights. One of the 20 pound plates has a weld spot on it but it’s very solid. These are the standard 1” hole plates. They are as follows: 25 pounds X 4 20 pounds X 2 10 pounds X 6 5 pounds X 4 Please check out all my other gym equipment including Olympic and standard weights, barbells, benches, racks, towers, leg press machines, mats, resistance bands, kettlebells, and dumbbells of all types and sizes. Also recently purchased a lot of gym equipment from a F45 Fitness Gym that was closing down. Thanks
