18650 Batteries Packs And Used batteries For Repurposing

Have 160 batteries that are known to hold charge well and then I have another pack of Panasonic cells with some rust that I never got around to breaking down and testing basically throwing it in for free Asking a small price for cells that are known working 100$ that's less than 1$ a cell and cells are expensive. i also have two ninebot external batteries that are are showing lights so cells are good there's about 40 cells in those if you want to add 25 bucks to the 100. Il throw in like 5 more ninebot external batteries that show no lights so condition of cells inside is unknown for free.
