Comes with a shower, toilet, kitchen sink, stovetop, bed and seating area, plenty of storage and closet space. Comes with registration 2026 tags brand new plates I haven't put up yet from the dmv. Tires are 7/10. Located in Downtown Los Angeles. If needed I have a new twin size mattress I can give you for free. Comes with brand new carpet. I can tow to your area for 70 dollars extra
