Rotating seat that swivels left or right for easy access. Locks in three positions and folds out of the way when not in use. Track extends only 9” from baseboard, while the folded chair extends 13” from baseboard. Each armrest folds independently. Operates on standard 110 volt house current. Safety features include obstruction sensors and broken cable safety device. Night light also serves as power indicator. Can be hand operated in the event of a power outage.
