I purchased a 2014 F150 4x4 today from Josh and Brandon and it was an awesome experience and the truck is super nice. They have a huge selection of vehicles and prices hard to beat anywhere in Florida, believe me I have been looking for a while until I found this place. Purchased a chevy equinox here last week on 2/17/25. They made me aware the tire sensors were bad (after I already purchased the car and signed all the paperwork!) but I still thought the car was a fair price so I agreed to take care of it myself. I even left a great review on the website because purchasing the car was quick and easy and I thought the staff was kind....now I know why!!! I took the car 6 days after purchase (2/23/25) to get the tire sensors replaced and found out 3 of the 4 tires were in poor condition and needed replaced...along with a list of other repairs that needed done including the car failing the brake strip test and needing brake fluid. Which I was NOT aware of at the time of purchase. I called Barry and expressed my disappointment, explaining that I did not anticipate nor could I afford the cost of needing to replace the tires. He said he would speak to the owner about it and get back to me. I also followed up the phone conversation with an email that included the documentation from the mechanic of what needed done and photos the mechanic took of the tires for proof. I never received an email back. The NEXT DAY, the ONLY key I was given broke off in the ignition (not their fault...). I took it to Batteries plus to be replaced and was told the key could not be reprogrammed because the car's battery was not getting enough charge and was nearly dead and needed replaced. So I had them replace the battery which cost me over 200 dollars. Then they brought me back to talk to me and told me the battery they took out was only 8 months old and I should look into having the alternator checked out. That the battery should not be dead so soon. To make matters worse, they also told me the negative terminal on the battery was badly corroded and would not tighten and should also be replaced. Not even one week after purchasing the car I've spent almost 800 dollars on it and have heard nothing back from the owner about doing anything to make it right. Whether Barry did not relay information to the owner or they are just choosing to do nothing about it, the car obviously was not inspected and was not in good condition before it was put on the lot to be sold. I'm a single mom who knows nothing about cars. I came to this dealership because I thought it was an honest, family owned company who wanted to help others. I am very disappointed and am now bringing the car to another mechanic on Saturday to have the alternator looked at... if the alternator is bad, rest assured, I will be contacting the dealership...AGAIN!

Visited yesterday to utilize the customer only mechanic on site and had a brief chat with Josh. I'm not sure what some of these negative reviews could have been based on because I was treated with nothing but respect and kindness. I would buy and deal with this company the rest of my life if I were staying down here in Florida. Thank you all for your customer service and integrity.

Outstanding customer service and the easiest, most efficient place I have ever been to purchase a vehicle. Brandon promptly led us straight to what we were looking for and Larry sealed the deal with a smile. Amazing atmosphere, friendly down to earth and knowledgeable folks to boot. Great milage and affordable prices! Not to mention the service station they have for customer vehicles that need any maintenance in the future. Thank you all for the great ride and if I'm in the market for another vehicle I'll definitely be coming by!
