If I could give minus stars it would be negative 5. Plain and simple DON'T BUY FROM HERE. They sold my mom a car three months ago and there is already a leak. They refuse to fix it.  When trying to explain what happened they get NASTY. I'm sure they don't do that too men which says allot about their character. What maintenance could she have missed in 3 months.  She hasn't even left town with the car.  It may start off great but you will regret it.  I found this car for her,  I was skeptical and now I regret it. I don't give reviews lightly or just because.  I give them when I feel the service needs to be known about a business. If it's great or if it's horrible no in between. BUYER BEWARE!!!

UPDATE! Nobody should have to do major work on a car they are financing 2 MONTHS after they buy. As IS from a so-called dealership should not mean they won't look over the car and service it before they sell it. A tune up seems appropriate especially since you guarantee the car is in working order. I stand by my original post and will not allow a fake apology with a spin. LOOK ELSEWHERE for your used cars

4 accidents, 3 owners, on the lot for around 4 months, and a partridge in pear tree. I mean, who are we kidding?

The value of any vehicle is subjective. I'm the buyer who will do extensive research instead of just accepting the price tag. I will take it in for a pre purchase inspection.

I told the guy at Nora Sales that the vehicle they had on their lot was overpriced after checking different credible sources and sites. He said "Well according to JD Powers, it's not." No one uses JD Powers as a guide to determine how much the car should be unless you're trying to squeeze every dollar from a buyer. On the website, you can also put in factors to make the vehicle appear of a higher value.

I'm going by the age, how many accidents, owners, and how long it's been on the lot. The sales know the vehicle is overpriced. Hence, the reason it's been on the lot for over 4 months. When I brought this up, the guy didn't want to hear it and ended the call.

The vehicle will most likely stay on the lot if it stays over the market value. No matter what you fix on it. It will most likely go back to auction. I do know they will not sell the car for what they are asking for.

I purchase a vehicle from Nora and I am very pleased with my SUV. They are honest people and very professional, and knowledgeable about their vehicles. I drove the vehicle as long as I wanted to no problems.So if you are looking for a clean nice car, SUV,Truck see Nora Auto you will be satisfied.

Absolutely God sent experience! This man right here knows his stuff and made sure we left off the lot in a good reliable car! I HIGHLY recommend Nora auto sales if you are looking for a used car that’s super reliable! I wish this was our first stop but it’s okay because it was our last stop but definitely not the least! First went to two dealers looking for a Cadillac for my husband as a first time buyer to establish some credit . Was told that the initial down payment amount and no credit wouldnt approve us for Cadillac.The third stop and final stop was Nora auto sales .We checked all three cars oils and their Cadillac had the best looking oil . Plus ,I felt like we got the best deal .All staff was friendly and helpful . We ended up going home with a Cadillac as first time buyer .I highly recommend this dealer and their staff to anyone needing a car.
