I tried to use the tool to balance / tighten it by reading the instructions and I couldn’t figure it out. I contacted the seller and they just sent me a new one- definitely not what I was expecting. So the original is what I’d like to get ride of here. It is basically brand new and I am sure it can be tight to function properly.
