L HITCHCOCK VINTAGE ANTIQUE STOOL is in Very Good Condition!. The paint is chipped off, but the wood is in excellent condition.The embroidered seat cushion is in excellent condition, no tears or fading. There are a few tiny hairs on the cushion that can be removed easily. I believe this to be quite old by looking at the screws or nails used and the fabric along the bottom of the cushion.I obtained this stool in a Storage Unit I bought at an Auction in California in 1987.
