Make an offer. Need it gone! Older 29ft RV for sale. My son and I lived in it for about a year and a half traveling around Arizona until we purchased a home in California. We drove it all over the state. No leaks. Hot water heater doesn't heat (not sure what's wrong), but I do have an inline heater you can hook up to replace it. Has an on-board propane tank and generator. Refrigerator is electric with a propane back up. Never had a need to run the generator as we stayed in camps with electricity. Has a little over 100 hours on the generator. AC unit is about 2 years old. Blew a tire last July on our way to Cali, so all tires are new with less than 1000 miles on them. It is older and has not been remodeled, but would be a great one to fix up or live in as is. Awning material was replaced about a year ago. The additional room comes included which gives another 10ft by 15ft of space once the awning is out and the room is attached. Everything else works great. Engine does have the ABS light and Check Engine light on. Not sure why. About 69k miles. No trades.
