This made America Auto Sales's honest, pressure-free approach even more impressive.
The team was outstanding. Eli Fernandez in sales treated me like family from the moment we got serious about the purchase and I requested an "out-the-door" price. He went above and beyond to find the best possible lending company for me, despite my personal challenges in qualifying. Jose Nieto was incredibly attentive and cordial, assisting with everything and ensuring the vehicle was meticulously prepped for my test drive and pickup. And in the financing department, Jesy Hernandez was transparent, explaining every single charge in the contract in plain English. I left feeling completely confident that they had honored their word from the sales floor.
I am beyond thrilled with my 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i. I did my homework and believe that the cost, mileage, and make/year all made perfect sense.
