1996 Ford Ranger

Miles: 266,000 ( I replaced the odometer and shows 169,000 miles because when I bought it the previous owner rolled back the odometer and broke it) It was recently smogged and has no check engine lights. The good: I put a lot of work into it, it has new oil/filter, transmission fluid, differential fluid, spark plugs, fuel filter, O2 sensors, air filter, catalytic converter, and battery. The bad: There is a small power steering fluid leak through the metal fitting of the lower power steering pressure hose but it is so slow and small that it’s almost negligible. I have probably only put 1/8 a quart over the time I’ve had it. I have a suspicion that the thermostat is stuck open since the truck struggles to get to operating temperature, but it does not affect the driving, just makes the MPG a little lower. Transmission and engine are great. Clutch and starter were replaced recently. Carfax is available, just let me know. I like to fix cars as a hobby, that is why I’m selling it.
