My husband and I had a very good experience there. We were helped by Jesse. The whole team was very welcoming and friendly. They worked with what we traded in and put down. I did not feel railroaded or like I was taken advantage of. I had a really bad experience at Honda in Montclair when I went to buy my first car, I ended up going somewhere else. Buyer Beware – Misleading Advertising and Surprise Fees

I spoke with a salesman the night before my visit and scheduled an appointment for 9 AM. He never showed up, and I was passed off to another salesperson. The car was advertised as new, yet it had 5,500 miles on it. The listed price was $20,813, but hidden add-ons totaling $3,200 were not disclosed until the very end of the process.  One manager told me I needed to read the fine print.
I had a lengthy conversation with the salesman, all based on the $20,813 price. Only when I was ready to sign did they drop the surprise—an extra $3,200 in charges. During the process, I was told that this situation was discussed with management and even the owner. Whether or not that’s true, I’d be embarrassed to run a business this way.
I was also told I’d be given some “points” for oil changes to help smooth things over—something they seemed to forget. After spending over four hours at the dealership, it was time for me to leave.
I was only in town for a short visit to help my son buy a car before heading out the next day. That urgency may have been used against us. They knew they had me—and they won.
I’ve purchased many cars in my life, and this was by far the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this dealership and will absolutely be sharing my story with others.

I took my Chevy Traverse to get my check engine light serviced. Not only did I not have an appointment or any clue that I had a bad catalytic converter. But Mr Guillermo approached me with such knowledge and professionalism to help me out. I walked in on a Friday and by Monday my car was ready. He went above and beyond to check my warranty and get me covered. I didn’t pay nothing, he kept me updated and all around I was impressed. If you need your Chevrolet car truck serviced go here. In the past I was true to Mark Christopher. After this day…I learned what customer service is supposed to be when it comes to car maintenance. Thank You Guillermo. Give this man a raise. First time buying Chevy but took care of me super quick. Worked with me on everything I needed to make it happen. The fastest experience I have ever had at a dealership. Will hopefully be back for a truck in the near future.
