It features both standard and raised 28 mm neutral handles with medium diamond knurling, allowing you to choose the grip height that best fits your movement. Constructed from precision-grade stainless steel, the bar fits inside most power racks and sits 8 inches off the ground for floor-based lifts. The hex design positions the weight around your body to help promote a more upright lifting position during many exercises. Rated for up to 800 LB, it features a black powder coat finish and Titan-branded endcaps for long-lasting durability.
