This has been my son’s bike since we bought it a few years ago but it’s time to upgrade to a four-fiddy. If you want a perfect stepping stone to a 450, this is it! It’s fast, fuel injected, violent on the bottom end and much easier to throw around than a 450. We’re the second owners and it’s been well taken care of. I bought it with 110 hrs and now it has 141. We aren’t pros so it hasn’t been ridden very much or hard. Although it didn’t really need it, right when I bought it I put over $1200 in having it completely gone through (suspension, brakes, steel braid lines, wheels, oil service and more) just so it was fresh for my son to start on. I have the invoice. Then at 120 hrs, I spent over $600 on a major service (valves, seals, oil, chain, etc). At 130 hrs, I did I minor service, so it could probably use another one if you stick to the 10 hr interval. We put new plastics on, but I think I still have the stock plastics too, which you can have. It has full yoshimura headers and dual pipes. We also put radiator savers and a new chain on recently. The chain still has lots of adjustment. Great bike!
