Up for sale is a NordicTrack Elite 3700 Treadmill just in time for winter. This treadmill features a 3/4 hp motor, on-the-fly 15% incline and -3% decline, speeds up to 12 mph (only elite distance runners would consider this not sprinting), and heart rate check. The track is 22 in. wide and 60 in. long with the full bed width of 31 inches so even you tall folks will have plenty of room for your long strides. The design includes built-in speakers and fans with plenty of space for water bottles. There is a shelf for your phone or tablet. The display shows elapsed time, estimated calories burned, incline, distance, speed, intensity level, and 1/4 mile laps completed. The one-touch speed and incline allow you to adjust the speed/incline without having to mess around with the up/down arrows while exercising. The treadmill does fold for space savings and does have wheels. We have found it surprisingly easy to move around for how sturdy it is. We have used it sparingly during some Utah winters while training for race distances from 5k to marathons. It is an excellent treadmill for all types of athletes.
