This will serve your needs for many years as all parts are readily available. Pre-lubed belts are very easy to find. This is mainly a walking treadmill as the running area and speed are okay for a jog but best for walking. The folding part is the ONLY difference from new as the crazy bracket that the deck locks on to broke. They sell the part and its only $15 but shipping is a crazy $30 so a bungee works the same. If you will not fold it up after every use like most people then this is meaningless anyways.
