37 ft. No problems nor leaks. We had a few upgrades done. It has electric jacks, the toy hauler turns into a porch, added a 2nd rocking chair, added a TV in the bedroom, and it has dual air. Built in generator. Was asking $58,000 or best offer. Only used about 3 times. Like brand new. More pictures upon request. Marked down to $54750. I have more pictures. I live in Florida.
